“We bought these for presents, but the bottles didn't come in the presentation boxes as advertised. We did email you but you failed to respond or even sent the boxes flat packed. Therefore we were forced to purchase alternative packaging at a cost. Incredibly poor customer service. Can't see a reason to use you again.”
