This is an Amber beer that has been fermented and aged in Oak barrels at a high temperature. It has a rather understated bitterness with a little touch of acidity both of which make this a very versatile beer that goes well with many foods, most notably fish. Its recipe was inspired by traditional Belgian brewers. The name "Madamin" is a piedmontese word meaning "young lady".
