Graff is an alcoholic beverage somewhere between cider and beer, often made by refermenting pale ale with cider. This intruiging beer from To Ol and Pohjala was made by combining malt and spontaneous cider for the mash liquor, adding three varieties of thyme and leaving it to go funky, herbal and ciderous.
