Printemps is the spring saison, brewed using a healthy dose of flaked and malted spelt to add some delicate honeysuckle, floral notes. Late and dry-hopped with Amarillo for an extra lift, this is absolutely delicious.

“3.75 out of 5. Hazed straw gold with the tallest white foam head. Nose is fruity and mineral. Lemon and lime zest, watermelon and a dry, spicy grain. Lightest touch of must. Leafy green hop. Soft full feel with bubbly foam fizz. Reasonably dry. Really bubbly and fresh.”
