Iced Modus is the latest experiment with Modus Operandi, the original beer from Wild Beer Co. This takes the red wine & bourbon barrel-aged old ale and ice distils it to intensify the flavours and raise the ABV. it is then aded in Pedro Ximinez sherry casks for extra depth.
