Their latest saison, part of Yonders mixed cultured saison series. To tie them all together they've all been named after important women in the lives of Yonders in house family and contain their house saison cultures. In each one they show case a locally farmed or foraged ingredient and this time they've turned to pineapple weed. The small yellow flower grows in abundance around the brewery and when rubbed in the palm of your hand you'll notice the strong aromas of pineapple. Combining this flower with the house cultures you're presented with tropical notes on a tart base.
