A DIPA (double IPA) that is more evocative of the traditional European style IPA’s than the big American Hop monsters that dominate at the moment. This beer has a lot of hops but they are earthy and complex with a sweet dankness in there instead of a tropical fruit bomb. The body is strong and a little sweet with a dry and lasting rounded finish that means this beer hides its ABV well to be drinkable too.
