“I bought the adjustable bra 2 months ago. After 6 weeks I noticed pilling. I emailed the company and they palmed me off to tvsn knowing their policy is 30 days only for a refund. The company insisted pilling was impossible due to the high quality manufacturing even though the photos I sent clearly showed the pilling. They then said it must be the clothes I'm wearing? the pilling was on the inside as well, I'm not a crocodile with rough skin. In the end they refused me a refund or replacement. I am Appalled by the customer service that didn't exist. I was offered 10% off next purchase I want a refund not purchase more of something I don't like. Michelle can talk until the cows come home, the band rides up and gets very sweaty on a hot day and I live in Melbourne. No support unless you are tiny. I still have not heard back and the bras are getting worse with the pilling. I don't recommend at all.”
