“Nothing incorrect with the dispatch/delivery or the product except that this colour is NOT Lilac (with a pink undertone) but in fact Lavender with a Blue undertone.
I already had two bras and 3 briefs in the original Soft Lilac so when I saw Lilac for this new set, I ordered two bras and only one brief, as I knew I had 3 others here that would go tone on tone.
However had I known this new shade was in fact a Lavender as opposed to a Lilac I would have ordered more briefs, but of course to order another pair is not viable as I have to pay shipping to NZ.
I emailed Customer care and was disappointed with the response stating that this Lilac is different from the original soft lilac. I responded that it's not a Lilac but in fact a Lavender but had no further comment from Bella Bodies. Really disappointing for a loyal and good client.
I am not complaining about the new colour as its a nice Lavender - just the confusion over name, as if I'd know I would have ordered more briefs!!”
