“TOO HIGH CUT AND BAND DOES NOT STAY IN PLACE - ROLLS OVER AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY SHAPING OR FIRMING PROPERTIES. WOULD HAVE RETURNE THEM BUT POSTAGE COST TOO MUCH.”
