“When I first received this hair it was beautiful.. The first time I washed it completely ruined it! Now it gets very tangled and sheds like crazy. It also looks dull. I washed with a sulfate Free and Paraben free shampoo and conditioner. The only pro is that it curled very well.”

“I ordered these extensions on Black Friday because as a bonus there was a faux pony tail included. I wanted the pony tail more then I wanted the extensions, so since it was free I ordered the whole thing. I needed this pony tail for my updo hairstyle for my wedding that was only 2 weeks away. I was going out of town in a couple of days, so I rushed ordered everything to ensure I would get it in time. However this only turned into a nightmare. I was never notified that the pony tail in jet black was back ordered, until I received my order. I opened up my package only to discover there was no pony tail. I immidiately contacted bellami, and after a day they replied. After a few messages they were able to tell me that the pony tail in jet black was back ordered until late January. I wish I was notified of this on the time of purchase.
After almost 2 months I received my pony tail yesterday and guess what, I received the wrong color! I got a blonde pony tail, not jet black. I notified Bellami already and I got an email this morning but it was so I could write a review. If there was an option of no stars, I would have chosen that.
So in summary, Way to go Bellami! You guys let me down badly.”
