I've had this hair multiple times so I took all extensions out of the packaging , a light rinse and wash and air drying installed all the hair and all piece were not full they all were thin , after the first time of wearing them I had five clips come off .. The first time I ordered this hair a year ago it was so full and luxurious and this time and the time before I've had nothing but problems ..”
