“I expected them yo be thicker and more of the hair and the color didn't match. My hair is past my shoulders and you could see my hair like the extensions didn't have enough hair to blend with mine. Very disappointed.”
“I thought the off black was going to be a more soft black with brown undertones like my hair & on the website. When I got it, it was jet black with slight brown strands that looked blue-black against my hair. Had to exchange it for Mochachino Brown, which the exchange process took a while but the color is much better.
Other than that, I would give it 5 stars since the extensions are amazing and the shipping was quick!”
“Will be returning this item. The free pony tail that I got was almost double the weight of hair I paid $140 for and the length was longer as well. I feel that for the amount I paid, I should have received more hair.”
“These were ratty and thin with split edges. I also got the 20" hair and the same problem happened. I am a loyal customer and am disappointed that I got a very thin and not so great batch of hair that tangles often.”
