“These were ratty and thin with split edges. I also got the 20" hair and the same problem happened. I am a loyal customer and am disappointed that I got a very thin and not so great batch of hair that tangles often.”
“I thought the distribution of hair from the top of the weft to the bottom of the weft was poor. I thought the product was overpriced for what was received. I realize I purchased the less expensive product with less grams however, I still thought that the hair should be evenly distributed from top to bottom.I had a different perception of this brand and was under the impression that you get what you pay for, however that was not my experience.”
“Hard to run my fingers through it and tangled easily. Also the ponytail wrap they sent me was made out of silicone hair which I was very upset about because I thought it would be human hair. No where on their site it says silicone hair for the pony tails wraps/clips so I was very disappointed.”
