“Some of them clips are detaching from hair and I’ve only been using them for about a month now. It’s uncomfortable wearing the clips if the clips aren’t fully connected to the hair. I have to hand sew some of the clips back which is frustrating.”

“Received a set of piccolina hair extensions about 3 weeks ago and have washed them twice between wear. Hair is thick and color is great however, it does she’s and is beginning to knot very easily and becoming a little matted. Every time I wash, I shampoo and condition using natural shampoo and conditioner and I also treat the hair with masks/ deep conditioners then let it air dry. Not sure why it’s knitting or feeling rough. Also, 2 of the clips have stopped clipping all together, they just stay open even when clipped down to close. At a first glance, hair is great, long and lush but after only 3 weeks am having doubts about my purchase.”
