“The color match blends nicely with my natural hair, and the hair seems to be good quality for the price. However, the clip portion seems to be quite bulky compared to another brand I have tried and I often get self conscious as you can feel the 'lumps' when touching the back of your head. I also always thought that I had a larger head - but I noticed that the 4 clip extension was too wide. I would prefer smaller clip extensions for more customization - but this is more of a personal preference as I know some people may like the ease of only clipping in a few larger wefts.”
“I have been getting Bellami Extensions for a long time and I just recently registered my account. I have never ever had a problem with the quality. However, this time I received them in and 2 clips on my three clip extension piece snapped and broke. I was extremely mad and this has never happened to me before. I didn’t bother to call because I figured they would have just told me there’s nothing they could do which wouldHave pissed me off even more. The packaging it’s self looked like it was run over by a car. Again I will say this has never ever happened to me before when I have ordered Bellami but the extensions are not cheap and when I have to forfeit wearing a three clip piece out of my set, it really sucks.”

“I received my package and sent it back to exchange the color on 7/6/18... I had to call back on 7/13/18 to check on my order status and they reshipped it that day I got a call stating the amount I paid was refunded so I called back a paid again fedex never delivered my package it was returned to Bellami now Bellami is waiting for the returned package I still have not received my order I called today and the girls in customer service are of no help no one can tell me why my package was never delivered this experience has been horrible don’t think I will ever order from this company again”
