I was initially dissapointed in the accuracy of the color match, as I sent in pictures to be sure, and was advised to pick the lighter brown, when I thought I should go with darker. The lighter brown was too light and had to be exchanged, but thankfully that transaction went very quickly and was efficient. The new ones blend very well with my hair color and are pretty easy to style. Overall, quite happy with the purchase so far”
