“The hair extensions are of great quality but the Color I got could have been darker. I ended up colouring them a darker brown closer to the Mochaccino brown. The next set I buy will be that color. They are super soft and a good thickness I also really love the clips. And the thickness is great all around no thin ends. Will buy again for sure.”
“Hair was great. BUT, I also ordered the carrying case and hanger. The hanger snapped the first time I used it they did not send me a replacement of offer a refund upon calling customer service. I had thrown it away as was out of state for my wedding, and had thrown it away. Because of this, they did not say I had proof and were extremely rude over the phone. Disappointed for spending so much on hair and bring an honest consumer. I have dissuaded friends from this product secondary to rude customer service.”
“They were really nice when I took them out of the packaging, but once I actually wore them, they were tangled right away, and I only wore them twice before they got that used up look. On the plus side, the length was perfect and the color matched perfectly.”
“The hair arrived in a timely fashion, however; upon receiving the hair I was slightly disappointed because the hair colour on site was a few shades lighter than the hair in person - causing me to dye the hair before being able to wear it. Also, the tracks shed so much - I feel as if for the price that I paid the quality should have been better than what it was.”
