“This was my second time ordering from Bellami, and i was super disappointed. The first time shipping was quick, and i did not pay as much as i did the second time around. Also the first time i received my extensions quick within a week. I ordered the same extensions from last time. So the price i had to pay was disappointing. I payed almost 12 bucks for shipping, plus "Texas Taxes" plus "Houston Taxes" . Last time i was never charged for those taxed. Not only that , but i waited two weeks for extensions to get here. I would of been better off ordering from sallies.”

“Bought the dark brown clip ins for my wedding hair and I am so happy I did. I didn’t need the length, but wanted more volume as my natural hair is very fine. My stylist slightly teased my hair at the root before clipping them in, and once they were in they were not going anywhere. And believe me, she was pulling and prodding at my head to get the style I wanted . They felt so secure and blended perfectly with my hair and the quality of the hair is exceptional!!”
“I ordered the dark brown hair extensions. They ended up being extremely stringy and looked cheap. They also did not look the same color as what they did online. I am going to end up selling them. Very disappointed to say the least.”
“My items came in damaged, and I knew if I tried returning them it would just be a hassle. My bag was already opened, and it had the tag that once it was open it would loose its value, so obviously I wouldn’t have been able to return it.. plus it didn’t seem like the extensions I picked were meant for my hair. I picked 120g when I should of done 160g.
So damaged item, and not enough knowledge for knowing which extensions to get. So it was a miss miss situation....”
