“The product is nice quality, but the shipment protocol is poor. The order details are posted on the outside of the box, which is unnecessary. When I brought this up, the response I got was a variation of “we need to do it this way.” Not true. All you need is a barcode and a scanner to retrieve information. Perhaps this is not a major detail to this company, but may not be so for their customers for whatever reasons. The majority of shipment carriers already get this concept (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc)—why this company does not is baffling.”
