“I bought the Dark Brown hair extensions and was shipped the wrong color. I then sent pictures of the test strip of the color I received to Bellami and asked them if this was the closest to my hair color and asked them to give me a recommendation. I also advised that they had shipped me the wrong one but before they send me the one I originally ordered I wanted to get their opinion. I never got an opinion, instead they just corrected my order. When I got the original color that I had ordered it was WAY to dark and red. Now I have to ship them back, spend more money to do this and exchange them. I wish they would have provided me with guidance when I had asked.”
“I like them but they were a lighter brown then what a usual dark brown is .. Thought it was labeled wrong on the color . I dyed them to match with a dark brown hair dye . Other then that good so far”
