“This color is not at all dark brown. It was almost an almond color. It's taken me a really long time to get an exchange and I still haven't been refunded for the incorrect color.”
“I ordered dark brown and it looked more like a chestnut brown when I got it in the mail. I will have to send them back for the mochachino brown color but hopefully that is dark enough because my hair is definitly not black.”
