“I had very high expectations and they were not met. At all! I bought the Piccolina set and they were no different from a $75 dollar set I could have purchased from my local beauty supply store! Not thick at all, I have thin hair to begin with so I thought this set would be ideal. Wrong! And if that weren't enough my second time wearing them the weft separated from the clip! I contacted Bellami about the situation with multiple pictures, then they asked for a video, I sent a video and they said they were still unable to identify the issue!! I'm so frustrated I definitely should have went elsewhere!”
“I was disappointed in my bellami purchase since I got my hair stylist to pick out a compatible color for my hair and when it arrived it was not only not compatible with my hair - it didn't even resemble the color of the picture off the website. It looked much lighter in person - almost as if it was the next color up. I was really excited to get these extensions, specifically for my fine hair, however, it turned out to be more of a hassle and a disappointment than anything - not to mention the non refundable shipping costs associated for the to and fro.”
