“Product works great and easy to use but color is an obvious shade or more lighter than pictured....so much that I questioned whether it was mislabeled but customer service never addressed that when I emailed them, so I had to order another set to see which matched better. When I compared the two, there was an obvious difference and it looked like there was a missing shade between them. Disappointed with lack of help for this issue.”
