“I fortunately was able to return my extensions, even though I had to eat the shipping. I was very concerned that I would not be able to return them. I ordered dark brown and they were very light in my opinion, there had caramel looking hilights in them which I have never seen in natural dark brown hair, and that most definitely didn't come across in the photos on the website. I also received a ponytail in the same color which was a perfect match for me. I was concerned that there was a color mixup, because these two items marked the exact same shade were different as night and day. When I emailed about this, I felt that I was being talked down to by customer service about the difference between synthetic and human hair. Regardless of that, dark brown should be dark brown. It wasn't even close to a match. I really wanted the extensions and the ponytail but was too skeptical to try another color and keep having to pay shipping so I sent them both back.”
“I was actually extremely disappointed with my Bellami hair extensions. I use a different brand but because I've heard good things about Bellami and they price point was lower than what I usually buy I decided to try them out. When I received them I was surprised but how thin they were. In the photos online they looked thick all the way through the extension, but when I placed them in my hair they were rather thin and fake looking.
I've been wearing extensions for over 8 years now and was very shocked by the quality of my Bellami hair extensions.
Needless to say I never ended up wearing them and bought from my regular extension supplier.”
“The hair is good so far i have only used them once. I only hoped that spending over £100 you would get that nice box to keep the hair in which is advertised very well. This plastic bag is no good after spending so much money. This has let me down.”
