“I loved the hair at first, even though I thought the color was a little lighter than what I expected for a dark brown. The texture of the hair has changed somewhat; it is not as smooth as I first got it. My only real complaint is that the hair gets tangled very easily. I have to comb it constantly or it will become a rat's nest. Having said that, I like it and I wear it constantly.”
“The color was lighter than what I saw on the website. I also recieved a fake pony tail in the same color, yet the fake pony tail actually matched the color I saw on the website. I had to dye my extensions to get the color that I ordered. Other than that, good quality”

“So I contacted you folks about my order and received feedback nearly immediately. So although everything was promised, nothing has been sent. I got the hair and it's good...but not great, clips broken and whole wefts unusable. Then I got my Bellisima and it's completely the wrong color. I opened the package and put them immediately because in less than four days I spent over $600 in hair with shipping. I could have been a customer for life but at this point I will never play this game again. I was promised replacement hair and not only have I not gotten it, I'm pissed that I was lied to. I want the Bellisima hair I paid for that I can't wear because it's the wrong color and the piccolina hair replacements for the unusable wefts. I'm so disappointed. I can't even. Congrats on getting my money so sorry that you can't have it monthly. Good luck to you, I'm a sucker apparently”
