“Received the wrong color. I ordered dark brown, received chocolate brown. I had at home Chocolate brown extensions, therefore I knew dark brown should be at least a little darker, however they were not. Customer support tried to convince me it is definitely the right color the one they sent.
Customer support is very a major disappointment.”
“In excitement, I opened the package without reading the " open tester" warning. The hair was the wrong color- despite the packing being labeled the right color. I was disappointed and confused because the ponytail I ordered with the clip in extensions was the correct color.
