“Unfortunately I am spending too much money on this. I asked to be color matched and sent a picture per their instructions. The color they suggested for me was Mochachino Brown. I knew this was going to be too dark, but wanted to trust them, so I ordered one shade lighter (Dark Brown). This arrived and it was still too dark. I paid the shipping +$20 to get an exchange for the next lightest Chocolate Brown, which is STILL too dark. Paying shipping again to go to the next lightest, which will be 4 shades lighter than Bellami suggested. It's just shame they won't send samples since the hair is REALLY nice!”
