“Overall good purchase, I'm happy with the quality of the hair and how fast shipping was. Only thing I would say for other buyers is, the 120g is way thinner than I expected, I wish I had gone with 180g or 200g. I have very fine hair so I thought this would be the best natural looking option but after having them in, I know my hair could hold heavier ones just as easily.”
“The hair is fabulous! It was everything I hoped. The reason I gave a 3 star is because of customer service. I placed an order then what I got went on sale, and they were unwilling to change my order and just fell back on the staple of company policy. They never sent me any follow up email with my shipping info then when I got my package they left off the hanger and bad I was supposed to get. I sent an email and tried calling a few times but have never heard back. Hair awesome, everything else-meh.”
