“It's pretty ridiculous to me that once a package is opened, it is no longer exchangeable. How am I supposed to know if the thickness of the extensions will work for me? I purchased these and when I recieved them, they ended up not being thick enough for my shoulder length hair. It did not blend at all. I contacted customer service via chat and recieved nothing but an insincere response from a rep that could care less about my issue. Very disappointed. Will not purchase from bellami again nor recommend to anyone.”
