“First off just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the customer service after a shipping issue that I as handled greatly! Now the color to me is more of a honey blonde than a chestnut brown. There is no brown to this color...which I don't totally mind, it gives an ombré look to my brown hair. They are however, not full at all if you have semi thick natural hair I would order the next set up. They are very thin!!! Doesn't have enough coverage for my hair. They feel great just like my real hair. Will definitely be upgrading a set with more grams of hair!”
