The past 3 years every single time I have issue with the delivery.
This last time I order my extensions in the beginning of February 2017 and did not received until the end of March.
I also was supposed to get a gift and they did not send the right one because they ran out.
My issue is that first they did not contact me letting me know why my order was back up until I contacted them. I wanted to change my order and they did not make it easy for me. I waited it out, I requested for express shipping and they told me I could purchase it but they would not pay for it.
Not a great way to treat customers specially if they are regulars.”
