“I'm writing in reference to Invoice number c411163621.1. They say that its 100% remy hair so i decided to bleach them a little so I would be able to dye them with demi permanent color (no peroxide needed) and now every time I brush the more wash them there's chunks of hair falling out and they are now very weak and brittle. I'm kind of annoyed now that I spent so much for them.
I have bought 100% Remy hair from other company's and this has never occurred. This is the first time I have purchased from your company and I am very disappointed. The amount of money I spent for the extensions the quality should be better.
