“I've ordered these extensions on two occassions, one set in Beach Blonde and the other in Ash Blonde, neither matched my blonde hair. I have a very cool toned blonde and both were extremely yellow thus needing to be toned. I want to love these extensions, but when I have to tone them they lose their softness and instantly get brittle and dull. Please make a blonde for us very ash-y toned girls, I'm sick of ruining my extensions to get a color that I can actually wear out of the house.”
