“I loved my first purchase from you. The shipping was surprisingly fast (considering I am in Australia). Quality is amazing, so silky and soft. Unfortunately the shade I chose doesn't suit me, the trial piece matched pretty well, but when I used all pieces they are significantly lighter. That is my fault though. I will just need my hairdresser to sort something out, whether it be to colour my own hair or to colour the extensions. Thank you”

“I have the lily hair and love it except for the fact that it is a little bit too long and thick for my hair so I decided to order the smaller and shorter set thinking it would be the same quality of hair only less of it. Well, I was wrong. After it took me a week of back and forth to even get the hair, I was extremely surprised at how dry the hair felt. Not at all shiny and as soft as my other bellamis. And then when I wore them, they tangled up so bad and I had to wear every single piece of hair in order for them to look normal. Not too happy with the Piccolina set.”
