“My Bellami's came looking amazing when I first bought them, but within a week they were looking pretty rugged. I couldn't believe it. I had gone to the beach and the slightest sea spray got the tips wet, but after that the entire set felt and looked rough. Since then I've washed them with good quality shampoo and conditioner, I put heat protectant on every time before curling or straightening, and still they look pretty mangy. I just feel like it can't be me that's making them like that, and yet other people seem to keep their extensions sleek for a long time. I don't understand at all.”
