“The hair clips on the extensions started unstitching after the second use. I am not quite sure if I received a damaged set however, that has made me hesitant about purchasing a new set. The quality of the hair is good and it blends perfect with my light ash brown hair but I have used a different brand that is less expensive and of better quality and with way better clips.”
“The color name of this is very misleading. I have true ash brown hair. When I got these they were more red. The shade matched my hair (about a level 8) but the tone is very warm. I wish they would rename this. And put a true ash brown. I had to buy toner and tone the extensions. There is no other color they sell that would actually be ash brown. So if you get these, they are your best bet but you will have to tone them to get the red out. The quality of the extensions are great just very misleading photos and name.”
