“The extensions I recieved were damaged, they were frizzy, and had lots of breakage. In addition there were strands of black hair mixed in with the blonde.”

“When you first get the extentions out of the packet they are all shiney and soft,but after you wash them they feel horrible, it feels like the hair they used was super damaged and also so corse and wirey. I didnt color them or anything! I washed them before i wore them. These extentions are the worst ones i have ever had, they shed a ton! These prob wont even last 6 months and it makes me sad bc i heard such good things from this brand! I have had many dif brands of hair extensions before but these are the worst. I have never left a bad review but I really thought people should know!! DO NOT BUY THESE!”
“I only put one star cause it wouldn't let me put zero. I got these extensions about a month ago and was missing 2 clips and were purple and grey instead of beach blonde and shed horribly I ran my fingers through them and I had a clump full of hair in my hands. I tried contacting customer service and got hung up on 3 times then I emailed them a couple times and nothing then last week I tried calling again and got put on hold for 2HOURS then hung up on! Worst company and your better off getting extensions from Sally's beauty”
