“I am satisfied with the actual extensions, however I am not satisfied with the customer service. I understand that on your website there is a list of FAQs, however, I think it should be made more clear via the packaging or within the package envelope, that if you open the extensions you cannot return/exchange them. It wasnt until I opened the top and saw VOID that I realized I shouldnt have opened them. I have never purchased extensions before, therefore I wasnt aware I couldnt open the top compartment. The color was off, I emailed your customer service and received a canned email response. I called your phone number repeatedly and the line was disconnected when I hit the prompt "1". I completely understand why I cant return them, however, I hadnt even opened the pack of hair when I reached out. Had I been able to speak to someone, or even receive an email from a real person not an automated response, maybe someone could have actually helped me. Instead, I am stuck with hair that is the wrong color. I have worked in customer service for over 8 years, and I cant believe how impersonal this experience was.”
“Love love love this hair extension set. Though it is a tad darker than my original hair color it blends in beautifully once I put them on. The wefts are easy to put on and take off. You can customize the amount of weft you put on according to your liking and I thought 160g wouldn't be a lot of hair but it is full and gorgeous once you put all of them on. I have not washed them yet but these are super easy to style. Also the hair is super soft, silky and shiny.”
