“Your customer service has been wonderful and your product is high quality a hair, it just looks terrible on my head. It doesn't look real, I have to put more than all of the wefts that were sent to me, in thick, to make it look even remotely okay. I have taken them to the hair dresser to blend them in and they still look bad. You can curl and straighten them just fine but it doesn't help if they look awful on your head either way. I have watched every tutorial, countless q&a's about my hair extensions and I have come to the conclusion that they aren't going to look good in my hair either way. Thank you for great customer service, but the product it's self just won't work for me.”
“I enjoy how quickly they were delivered as they were a birthday present but they "shed" way too much hair they get knotted easily... they're just like any extensions that I have had they're not even that thick, and the lace they have on them make them very uncomfortable to wear”
“Not so good. It tangles. And the clips does not stay on the head, the hair does not stay on its place. The clips "slides" off. So you have to check all the time to see if its steady and on your head. And it tangles. Only good thing about the hair is the shiny quality, it looks nice. But that doesn't help when the hair tangles and the clips can't stay on its place.”
