“When i made the order the hair extensions they were in back order, they took about three months to arrive. When they finally arrived i was upgraded to the Kylie Kouture hair because of the long wait time. I also got a free ponytail wrap which was actually the bellami hair line. I have to say i like the bellami hair much better than the Kylie Kouture line i wish i wouldn't have been upgraded. But overall the hair is amazing compared to other hair extensions i have used.”
“The extensions came 2 months after I ordered them. I received an email saying I would be upgraded to the Kylie set for waiting so long and that never happened. I received another email saying I could exchange them if they weren't open which means I would have to wait even longer and I needed them for an event. So disappointed.”
“When i purchased my extensions I was supposed to receive a free set of hair tools. But due to the out of stock on my extensions I didn't receive me tools. I believe if I placed the order while the tools were still available it should of been saved for when the extensions becomes available. That's the only downfall on this purchase.”
