“It took forever for my order to come ( about 2 months ) and the quality hair I received was horrible . Looked like shiny Barbie hair and was very thin . I had to buy more human hair from the hour shop and make my own clip ins to make my hair look fuller and more blendable . I will never purchase from this company again . Not worth about $200”

“I ordered my extensions on feb. 16th and didn't receive them until March 21st. I was supposed to receive a free gift with my purchase and received a different gift without any notification from the company. The only reason I ordered was because of the original free gift. Upon opening the hair it had an awful factory smell to it and was shedding profusely. Since wearing it, the ends have become less smooth and the hair has become somewhat matted, though I have yet to apply any product or heat to the hair. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and I will not be ordering again, nor will I recommend this company to my friends.”
