“I love Bellami Hair Extensions. But last week I went to place an order. I made sure to check they weren't on back order beforehand. I placed my order and after a couple days I didn't receive a tracking info email. So I had to contact them and they told me they are on back order and won't be in until the end of February. I told them it didn't say that when I ordered and I needed them for my engagement shoot. I didn't even get an apology. The nice thing to do would have been to offer an upgrade. But instead they just offered a refund. I do love the extensions but not happy with the customer service.”
“Hair sheds a lot and no matter what I've tried it will not hold any style for too long. Curls fall out within an hour and even when worn straight hair starts to bunch together. I was definitely expecting way better quality.”

I truly feel like I waisted my money on this, since I bought the hair i tried and tried putting it on different ways and no matter how I put it is just not nice. Now, I'm hesitant on believing IG blogs.”
“I love my extensions! After being washed, it still stays extremely soft and they are super easy to curl or wands. The clip ins take heat really well. The only thing I wish is that they all weren't the same exact length. I wish some were a little shorter to give a more layered look. But other than that they're really pretty.”
