“The color match was perfect and straight out of the box they were smooth and soft. However, after wearing them only 3 times with a total of about 8 hrs altogether, the ends became rough and hay-like in appearance. I didn't put any heat to them or product. I am in the process of exchanging them, so hopefully that goes well and the new ones I receive don't do the same thing.”

“I am honestly dissapointed in my Bellami hair extensions. They are shedding like CRAZY! Definitely do not weigh 160 g anymore and I've had them for only about a month. The hair is everywhere. They tangle very easily throughout the day and I feel like I have to constantly brush them, making even more hair fall out. Is this normal? There was also a lot of color that came out when I washed them two times. Do not think I will be buying from Bellami anymore sadly. A response to this would be nice. Thanks.”
