“I’ve been buying Bellami for years - my love for them runs deep BUT - these are definitely not the Bellami of old - I’m so very very disappointed, like in tears they are extremely thin, they shed like crazy, don’t hold a style and they just don’t feel like real hair, I’ve washed them once - I use salon hair extension approved shampoo and conditioner- I take care of my hair, low heat, protectant but this, ugh it’s just dull, looks like a cheap extension, it’s not flowy, just limp and lack lustre looking - this is the second time I’ve had this experience but I decided to give them another try because I have loved Bellami products so much with all my heart but what on earth happened to your quality Bellami this is terrible - these look and feel like some type of Amazon extensions 2/10”
“3rd time buying the first two were okay. This one was not.. it’s mixed with synthetic hair and burned off at 300 degree heat which is lowest setting. So disappointed. The first two batches lasted about 6 moths before they started to look patchy or very matte in other words not soft.”
