“Let me start off by saying what amazing and wonderful customer service they have . They helped me with every issue i had , i thank them so much . i spend lots of money on hair extensions . i love to try each and every brand possible , Before i go on and give them 3 stars i would like to say i love how thick they are, and how amazing the clips sit . (beyond amazing , they are not like others at all when it comes to thickness and fullness . On the other hand after you wash the hair it sheds like crazy, they tangle so much , it's horrible when it bunches up while it's in your hair , has became a problem for me . Having to brush them all the time is like a second job and very time consuming while having a pile of hair all over your floor. Also after having them in and always brushing them i have started to notice little strands of almost plastic like and a red or purple string in between the hairs. Paying this amount of money for hair that's going to have shedding( when i mean shedding, its like a pile of hair falling all over you ) and string in between the hairs isn't what i would expect . I love this hair for the fullness and thickness but would i get this again?MMMM... Prob not knowing i can get the same thing for a cheaper price some where else . I am not paid to write this , nor do i get paid to try these out. I spend lots of money on hair a year. I love hair esp different lengths and brands. I get them trimmed , cut and styled by professionals to blend to have my desired look. You can only imagine how much that costs. i spend about 4 thousand dollars on hair a year and trying this one wasn't exactly my favorite but wasn't the worst. IF you do get them cut by a professional , they blend so well and they do mimic your real hair and has that natural flow that everyone wants. That is the bright side . I hope everyone reads these reviews Before spending so much money on something they cant get back. This hair has it's pros and cons .”
“I ordered the bellissima clips ins. First impressions of the clips ins were good, the hair was soft and silky however the hair shed way more than it should have each time I ran my fingers through it. The install was nice and easy however once installed, the hair continued to shed and after a couple of days the hair started to tangle to the point that I had to keep brushing it. Maybe i had a bad batch because I know two others that have purchased from here, one of which continues to purchase from the site with no issues. Not sure if the bellissima clips ins were just cheap but it appears most of the hair for each type of clip in is the same the only difference is weight and length which is the reason for the price difference. I may order again or I may just try to make my own with a better grade of hair.”
