“I have wore them 3 times until I bought them. I always use hair protector before putting heat in them and I have been very careful with it and with the heating hair tools that I use, but some pieces have started to fall off. Plus, I can already see the broken hair on some of my pieces. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the extensions after the cost me $295CAN”
“I’ve been purchasing Bellami hair since 2012. I have purchased from both Bellami and their certified hair sellers. I have never had an issue not even with the hair I received from the hair sellers. I recently purchased two types spending over $400. The hair was of horrible quality and felt very synthetic . I couldn’t wear it for longer then 30 minutes without it turning into one big dread. I had to brush it constantly. I contacted them by the second day of wearing it and sent in a statement and photos and everything. Only to be told that they still needed to investigate the hair. After feeing it was unfair that I return the hair and wait for them to investigate it to send me more hair they state that they will send me new hair as a ONE TIME COURTESY. Like wtf. This is not a courtesy. This is what u should be doing. Yet u should be sending me the hair and allowing me to get it and then send the current wxstentions back like a normal place would. It’s such an inconvenience as I work st a job that requires me to wear my hair long. Now I have to be without hair or purchase more hair from some where until I get my “one time courtesy” exchange. I’m hella disappointed . Bellami is Fallin off and becoming low budget.”
