“The hair came used. It was kinked and crunchy. Took way to long to arrive. Had to ask for a refund because they wouldn't ship it out. Kept saying it was on back ordered when I was never informed at the time of initially ordering the hair. I was supposed to receive a free curling rod and received a blow dryer and tattoos??. After being very disappointed and asking for a refund I had to call and email numerous times just to get a response after waiting 2 business days when they say their turnaround time is "24 hours". Needless to say it was a very negative experience and I will never order from them again.”
“I usually have a great experience with Bellami, but this time was different. The product was back ordered, but not specified online, so I ended up waiting for over one month to get shipment. Also, when they did realize it was back ordered, they didn’t contact customers to let them know, leaving me to follow up and wonder what happened. When I did finally get the product it felt different than the previous Bellissima hair I purchased. It felt lighter and thinner. In hindsight I should have weighed the hair to confirm, but I didn’t. I didn’t want to deal with returning it and confirming that it wasn’t my order after already waiting for over a month.
I would purchase from Bellami again, although this time I will weigh the hair to confirm. This was a weird experience, not my usual.”

“I have this product a 1 star because it is no where near a thick as I thought it would be it came in a plastic bag instead of the usual bellami box which I like having to store my hair. I've used other bellami extensions and loved them for their thickness and packaging and am extremely disappointed in my recent purchase, it's not thick at all and is very poorly packaged. Really not happy about this purchase”
“Overall I love the hair! The color matches perfectly and the length is amazing! I just wish I could get my hair to blend in better. I've tried straightening my hair and it kind of works but it doesn't really last. (I have thick hair) may try curling or waving my hair next.”

I will not be purchasing from here anymore they can care less if you receive your hair or not.
