They follow up with the Ups and they said it was delivered to me and it still hasn't ..... they can care less if you get your hair or not... the lady that helped me said that's all she can do like wow really”
“When I received my hair, I was very excited to rock them already. I color tested the sample clip and it was suitable. Once you open the whole pack you can't return and I was well aware of that. The hair felt luxurious. I installed the hair and wore it out for two days. The second day, the most horrifying tragic thing happened. Two of the clips on the hair fell off when I was brushing my hair! I was in a public bathroom and this moment was very embarrassing! This happened on the strand with 3 clips. So 2/3 of it was hanging loose on my head and I'm pretty sure it was noticeable. I had to take it off so I don't get humiliated even more. Every since this happened I just stop attempting to wear this set. 200$ of my money went to waste. I was not sure if the same tragedy would happen again and I want to avoid that. The quality of the hair was next but the clips were upsetting. On the package says warranty void if removed, so I don't think there would be anything bellami would do to help my case since I opened it already. So if anyone consider dropping couple hundreds on this set be aware what happened to me!”
