“Unfortunately for some reason these extensions I purchased have not been comparable to the quality extensions I have been purchasing from you for such a long time. I already had to buy another set elsewhere because the clips attracted to the hair all came off. I haven't even had them a full month. I know you don't issue refunds so I didn't bother but I am so upset this happened. I have raved about these forever and now I have to find another brand that won't fall apart less than a month after spending over $200. Hopefully this hasn't happened to others for your businesses sake.”
“I ordered this set as a Christmas gift and it was supposed to include a free jet black ponytail. It is currently January 29th and I am just now recieving the damn ponytail. On top of that, they sent me the wrong color and when I emailed them about it and they said they discontinued the JET BLACK SET I ORDERED. But yet when I look it up it's still there and I can even add it to my cart to purchase. Never ordering from here again.”
